No there are no tubes for air. It is glasses over and two air vents in the rear that are also hood drain points. As far as I know. Also you do not need to add anything

Not as nose high as you think they ride very well.
I usually run mine between tank and engine because that's where water seems to sit.
Plus you have the scupper in the back to drain excess water out.

Edit: just found out i have a 9.5 ltr Kart tank instead of the usual 9 ltr. which fits in the pod.
Am I retarded? For the life of me I cannot get my kart tank to fit in the pod? Do I possibly have a different tank? Its a kart tank but could it be different than normal?
