ok so buy, rig, and mod stuff to work, or just buy what works. i believe hoods are an essential mod for a surf ski, my stock hood would be crushed if i learned backflips with it.

if you want to get into freestyle seriously your going to want the rn platform due to aftermarket options. also the hood is a better design. the exhaust on the rn is a larger diameter, and the waterbox is better.

the rn is a much better and stronger hull, the motor is nicer, and its the ski you want.

you can use any impeller, it just has to be modified by a reputable impeller shop to match the housing. i got a freeride swirl thats been modded to 140, im going to get it reworked back to 144 so i can run it in my stock pump.
