Thanks for all the info, that's exactly what I was after Did u put a 120 in the fine filter aswell, can't see what that would do if you have a smaller one in the pipe.

Hi Guys, Just installing my RRP ninja pipe on a Dasa 1100. What is the best jet sizes to go with. The manual says fit a 120 before the filter then 110 in the spray bar and doesn't mention a restrictor of flow control valve on the water box. Cheers

63m00 is the best one to use as its straight. I just fitted a X metal from a 144 to the 155 and with a bit of grinding it was bang on. Can't see why the thrust won't be the same you will prob just need to machine up some new bushes and have a grind away in the bottom. Just go steady, it's easy...

Pre 2008 SJ steering cable. Think it's the OEM 2007 that has the stronger ends on.

I port matched mine no bother.

What temp were you getting the pipe to. I've got 112.5 jet with about 8 deg water temp so think I'm running it a tad on the cold side.

Great post. I'm looking into fitting one and its nice to see them side by side. Any chance you could take a pic looking straight down and measure the difference in the body size please? I will be fitting to a 2011 XFS so not sure if it will be to wide for steering cable etc. Thanks
