Find something you can measure cc’s like a syringe or measuring cup, set the domes upside down with the spark plugs in them and measure how much fluid it holds and compare to the other one
if you have too much water going in through your stinger it will load your waterbox up and make it feel lazy. I would make sure you have some kind of jet in the stinger to reduce waterflow and then adjust your temp of the waterbox with your flow control valve so it runs warm but doesnt boil...
