Got all the motor mounts in, hull hardward is done, Turf for the tank & water box, pole bracket & pole are mounted. I layed Carbon over the caker FFH. Now I gotta start pulling the motor & pump out of my SJ.

Thanks for all the props guys, been working on it most of the day. Got the pole together, Got the pole mount drilled & ready to go together. Both sides are in forced, going to do one more layer on the bottom. (The Tray has Polystyrene foam, just install a drain. Mine has no drains yet!!!!

Started working first thing this morning, Its cold as fork here in Florida. Got both sides cut out, Layed the one side down. Got the heat lamp & heater cooking to try & speed things up. Got my office at 80 deg!!!! Will have all the Carbon done today. Pump shoe tomorrow morning. Assembly...
