How Much does it weigh? I agree this pole being built with Billet ends instead of cast blows the RRP out of the water all ready. There is alot more involved with machining Billet then popping out a quick casting. If you want nice it dont come cheap. Looks good.

I am no pro by any means, but I know ported cases makes a noticable difference in the yamaha motors. I am sure the kawi would be much the same. I would give Kommander a call and ask Steve if it would be worth it. He is a pro with the kawi platforms.

Single carb would only loose power. 66E would only add weight. I agree with those saying to get the new Dasa cylinder. Are your cases ported yet? And if you really wanted more hit off the bottom you could always go total loss.
