    New Rider which ski?

I started on a 750SXI Pro, rode it for 1 month & bought a Superjet. The Kawi had lots of performance parts but no performance... Hard to beat a RN SJ with a Pipe.... Good luck with your search My vote is Rickter

Stanton High Joins the Liquid Militia Team

Its kinda cool all the West coast guys flip surf stance, us East coasters are in the footholds. I've almost got the nuts to try one surf stance, I think big surf you need surf stance imo.

    X2 backflip

I got to ride a new X2 & the trinity X2, the stock one was a total pig.. But the lightweight one was a lot of fun. And with the limited motor & trim, no straps me & lucas got 1/2 around on BF's at the lake. 1000cc = Backflips

Aircraftsalz Carbon Rickter FS1, XS1000, MIGHT BE 4 SALE!

Thank Matt, my problem is theres no room for a full size yamaha drain. I'm going to try Boyer's drain, other wise I'm stuck using a screw. Thanks Boyer, it looks like that may fit. There's not much room with the exhaust tube & scupper. I pumped a little air into the tray & found some leaks...

    HELP¡¡¡¡ DASA 16 mm

After all the problems you have had with this engine I would think about shipping it back to the builder or selling it & going with another engine/builder set up. I know my engine builder knew every setting, etc to make my motors perfect from the start the first time out. "Adjust the idle & ride!!!"

Aircraftsalz Carbon Rickter FS1, XS1000, MIGHT BE 4 SALE!

Yeah its going to be a drain after each ride, but it sure is nice with no water in the tray, no wet foam to deal with. I'm changing poles this week, Brian at Thrust got the new billet poles in. Going to look sick with black tubes & red fittings. Also changing air filter set ups. Proks & surf...

    Lawn-Dart Carnage

It sucks that had to happen, you just got your ski all set up & ready to ride... I hit that sand bar hard like that when I tried my first BF in the surf. No damage to the hull (Superfreak strong), but I broke couplers, midshaft was bent, bedplate broke... Bad part was I had no tow ring, so...

    Lawn-Dart Carnage

Dan I got your voicemail, I was out in the boat.... That surf was great in the morning, but it wasn't very deep. I did a BF in that morning session & it was maybe 4ft with a hard bottom. That first stab you did was nice & big.

    Slowmo training vids for ya

Great slow mo video, really shows how to hit the set up wake & when. You know that ski has some brap under the hood together with a very light hull. Thanks for posting those Ben.

    total loss or pipe

X2 There's a lot to do before you go TL. IMO Pipe, MSD Enh or EPIC, Head, Carb work, Mag pump... I think TL is best for the bigger motors

Toshiba lap top for $300, worth it ?

Man PC lap tops are so cheap now days, plus after 6 months the newer ones are so improved. My next computer will be a imac, no more PC's for personal use.

Aircraftsalz Carbon Rickter FS1, XS1000, MIGHT BE 4 SALE!

Yeah I guess all ski's get water in the tray.... But Rickters have no 2 part foam which is great, I was told it has Poly foam blocks. Thats what I thought, time to hit some flatwater now... Now if I could drop 25lbs that would be the Sh*t... Your right brother, I remember draining my freak....

Aircraftsalz Carbon Rickter FS1, XS1000, MIGHT BE 4 SALE!

Well this afternoon I drilled some drain holes for the tray, I was moving it & heard some water in the tray. Drilled two holes & drained 3 gallons of water, sure is nice not having 2 part foam. Its time for a new RTR weight now it lost 25lbs of water.

ORIGINAL WEIGHT DIFFERENCE SUPERJET HULL AND HULL FIBERGLASS Rickter

My Carbon Rickter was weighted on a Certified shipping scale, I would say its right since I also weighted myself & it was right on. Hull was 75lbs (Footholds, Scupper, Turf) Hood was 11lbs (Hood & Pole Pad) By no way are Rickters light ski's, but the ride is worth the weight IMO As far as...

ORIGINAL WEIGHT DIFFERENCE SUPERJET HULL AND HULL FIBERGLASS Rickter

My Carbon Rickter with Hood was 86lbs before I installed anything. (Thats Hood, Scupper, Footholds, turf, pole pad) We weighted mine 3 wks ago 1/2 tank, heavy 14lb battery, & 1in water in the hull & it was 297lbs. So I would guess no fuel & no water & my 6lb battery 260-265lbs Thats also...

4-11 Spot Ride, Chris, Idok, Lucas, Tem, Ewok

The more I ride that Rickter the more I like it....and that XS1000 is the sh*t with a B pipe for the surf. I was hitting just whitewash way after the wave broke & still pulling backflips. That set up is perfect, but I will admit it takes a lot out of you to ride a ski with that power. Looking...
