I can fit a superjet in my 98 just have to remove the bottom of the back passenger side seat so it lays flat and then move the passenger front seat up and tilt it forward.

Yeah thats what I was saying. Make sure there is no gaps all the way around, sometimes you need to twist it to get it to get it set right.

Happened in my BOB, in my case it had to do with how the pipe chamber was twisted. Once you get the coupler on, twist the chamber until it feels like its butted up to the head pipe right. Then tighten the clamps tight.

The waves can get pretty big out there. It called for 4 foot waves that day but there were plenty of 7 and 8 foot waves...just doesn't translate well on video.
