That may not be too bad. You may try the motor wit whatever prop is in there first. These small pumps tend to like taller props with that kind of HP. FX-1s have the smallest pump of any large motor ski. They use pitches in the 20's. A 650 is a beast isf set up right. So it probably makes...

I'm reporting you ;) If you can successfully remove the old prop and get that prop in there, it should help out a ton. People have had decent success with the 440 pump but from what I've seen, the hardest part is removing the old prop. If that is a true 10/16 440 prop, I want to see picks...
