Other PVC pipe in place of waterbox on VXR
Yep, if the PVC melts or breaks, water can poor in through the exhaust outlet and sink your ski. -

Custom/Hybrid Getting a homebuilt title in Texas
Do you have a titled ski? Just tell the guy you are putting your motor from that ski (that was already taxed) into the hull. In Washington they were going to let me do just the hull, but here they don't even look at the thing they make you pay tax and your done.
