Is there any way to tell what pitch the impeller is while its in the ski? I took some pics. I don't see any markings..

What ride plate and intake grate should I buy? I am a total newbie to the jet ski world.. My ski is stock. We ride in the rapids most of the time, so rough water conditions.. Any help is appreciated... I was also looking at getting some new bars but don't know if I should buy 0 or 4 degree bars..

Do you guys all run 0 degree bars? with a quick steer?
