Pro-pulsion, Mark at Blowsion told me when they first came out with the tubbies to run them about 1/4" or so up from the bottom edge.... I think the reason is so you dont have the issue you described. I never ordered any, Ordered a 2004 SXR instead!

Drivetrain on the DB is much better. Brakes are better. Not saying the Felt is not a good bike, if you stood them together both as brand new bikes, the DB would have the better components.

27.5 Wheels are fun in certain situations. If there are alot of roots and rocks, 29" wheels will negotiate them pretty effective. 27.5 will make you pick your lines more. I rode a Trek Fuel Ex 9 27.5 from 2015 to 2022. My local trails are tight and twisty, so the 27.5 worked well...

I had an XR250, Buddy had the KDX220. At one point he was looking at a RMX250, I would ride his 220 while he was on that RMX, I absolutely loved the 220. It was lighter than the XR, would handle tight woods with easy...... Calling the power flat to me is what makes it a good woods...

KDX220 was even better!!!!!!!!!!!

What do you have, what do you not have............ No idea what a Stage 2 Krash even means. As in what comes with it and what all is missing........... But simple answer is Complete Engine with carbs, Exhaust, Electronics. Battery and battery tray. Straps Waterbox with straps...

How if they were designed around the pre 2008 reduction nozzle. the 2008+ has the Trim Ring.......... So nozzle would have to be wider at the mounting tabs.

Where you live and what do you do??? There use to be several guys here from your neck of the woods...............

Your ski already has a trim nozzle on it. Just modify it at the pivot point to angle up some......... Do some google searching, people have found ways to make your trim change the angle.
