One of the best backflips I remember doing in the surf was with a RN, footholds, 701 B pipe... Was so big and really sticks out ....

You don't need big power, pumps, trim, to do backflips in the surf.. The Wave will do 50% of the flip for you You need to be 110%, if you puss out its not going to happen... Backflips got to be the easiest trick, but take balls & someone willing to give it 110%... You have to have the right...

Unless you have crazy brap under the hood you have to do everything correct to get around off a single boat wake... Hit close to the boat, that lip & face of the wave is what helps the ski to rotate. Also you have to pre hop into the sweet spot to make it come around... It takes 100 % I'm going...

Footholds or straps & you can flip in the surf... It just takes a decent wave with vertical face, hit it, look back & the rest just happens on its own. My Buddy Idok has a F1 Pro that I would love to flip, just every time we swap rides he comes over before I find a decent wave
