No... you cannot ride the surf in HB... The closest place would be Oceanside.(camp penalton technically) And as for the 650... If you reinforce it your hull you will be set to ride the surf.

Mark, thankyou for the compliments... i do want to ride more.... But once my report card comes out, my parents are going to help me out with buying a truck. So I should be riding a lot more this spring/summer.
