Made a guide for trimming the bond line. Since I was cutting carbon , trimmed out the pole pad.

Here's the hood openings after bonding, wanted a better connection here than just the liner butting up to the lid.

Time to put the hood together. Sealed inside with epoxy before bonding.

Sanded them out, 2 layers of carbon to cover bond lines.

For the foot bucket install I didn't want to use screws or rivets , so I made an exo skeleton I could use expander clamps against to press them in place.

The interior perimeter bond line was faired with epoxy for carbon reinforcement, and the weight.
