Ok guys... Got a trick question for ya... What's wrong with this picture? Clue, its a marina in Tuckerton NJ. Just about west of LBI and Brigantine.

A pre-08 SJ shaft. Since it's in a 1" setback pump, the end needs to be shortened to fit. The picture shows a stock un-modified shaft compared to a Skat-Trak 1" SJ shaft. The actual measurement is 21 3/8" from the end of the spline to the impeller stop face, not counting on the end. OAL = 24...

Yep...well defined. I've had a few aluminum charging flywheels...Lightened stock works just fine. If you're in question, just another 100cc+ and you won't feel the difference. Total loss is a whole different adventure.

HaHa...The FX guys have been riding in NJ like that for years. It's a alternate when there's no surf. There's no one trick ponies on those rides...because you have to actually RIDE. Check out the link below in my sig, It's a old "unfinished" creek ride. And yes, its fun!
