It will probably work but the 61x CDI and 62T CDI are different , A 61X CDI will definatly work with a 6M6 (650) stator

6m6 electronics will work on a 61x but the rev limit is really a bit too low for a 701, you could do the rev limiter mod to the CDI and make it work .

It really depends on how it was done in the first place , does it have a 5mm stroker plate under the cylinder , if so yes you could remove it and check the port timing , it may be close , if there is no stroker plate then there is noting you can do to make it work with a stock stroke crankshaft...
