Troy, got my gaskets yesterday thank you very much. Shipping quick, packaged great (thank god cause the package got wet) and the gaskets look to be good quality... :Banane35: i have a few more gasket I need and will put an order in later this month. :biggthumpup:

Never done it on exhaust, but have used 1211 instead of a cylinder base gasket.

1211 for cases grease for girdled studs (where threaded into cases) silicone around starter and pump/ride plate bolts blue locktight for reed cages and throttle plate screws new / dry gaskets for everything else Dielectric grease for all plugs Zip ties for fuel lines hose clamps for cooling...

The only thing I can think of is that the protec nozzle does not have internal veins, which would allow for less resistance, hence more flow... the nozzle is easy to switch out, so I will start with that and see where we land...

I ran my bigbore with no base gasket for a year, and had no issues.. The reduction of squish was like .03"... That base gasket get's compressed pretty good...

Same diameter nozzle 85mm BUT the protect has more volume in the pump cavity... Going to try a swap, then look at a few other things.... :shrug:

The SN is good, but the hooker is spinning out too much, so will change the bored protech nozzle with a stock bored nozzle and see how it performs.... Bummer about Yaneve's Mum... :17:
