I have a triple in my SXR. I just figured since I'm getting a good deal on an SXI pro hull that just needs a motor, my limited motor would be a perfect candidate. I may put a triple motor in it just for kicks but I doubt it.

Just a thought, I was wondering if you think an SXR water box would fit up front? I have an extra modified stock box I could use if it manages to squeeze in there that I may use. Also, where did you purchase the big U bend exhaust tube that goes from the pipe to the silencer? Thanks!

A real painter would tell you to scuff the gelcoat and paint it because gelcoat is a good base for paint. Taking it down to the glass is pointless and just makes for a lot more work.

Running dual cooling will never hurt a ski. In fact it helps tremendously on a stock motor. It can be set up many ways on a stock motor, just gotta do some homework. I would absolutely run dual cooling on any motor and also run a dedicated line to the exhaust pipe. For example, if you have a...

If you don't use it, I'd get a good laugh at the photo of you holding your bars and top cast piece as they slide right off the tubes. I've seen it happen more than you'd think....gets funnier each time
