i had to switch back to a stock cdi from an msd enhacer for a few weeks, it was horrible the thing just as you descibe..........gas it hit the rev limeter.....gas it again hit the rev limiter .......on and on and on....it was very anoying. just ask ronny mac....he just modded his...said it was...

stock cdi's live at the rev limiter, 3 things you can do....1 get an msd enhancer,2 get pro tec to modify the rev limeter on your cdi and 3 do it your self. there are many posts around on how to do it.

whats the problem, we all know that people have no clue about the performance of their own stuff, he listed the ingredeants and you deside if thats your cup of tea.

do you have one? i was wondering how they compare side by side. i dont think mounting would be an issue, they put those go kart tanks in there all the time.

um....$15 grand is a good price....1st off wammer doent build these thing for his health...2nd i dropped 15 grand building a boat that isnt even close to being finished.........some guys from the build off last year had 20 grand invested in their boats.....iwouldnt build one to sell for less...

i've found if you use a wood chisel and get under the green poo, it pops right off.

you can also try tob job....that stuff is a wonderful cleaner.
