Honeslty, I'm Switzerland on the whole thing. If there's a lawsuit (which it sure sounds like there is) it sux for all parties involved.

I'm frustrated that folks choose to comment either way regarding both of these individuals when there is pending litigation and none of you know the specifics of the lawsuit, much less why things must be done a certian way. It's safe to say poor Mike isn't the only one named in the lawsuit, and...

Actually, I thought Pismo was very "Koombahya" this year...had a great time - even got to meet Suzie (she's TINY!), but I didn't see any behaviour which could be deemed inappropriate by her. Then again, it was Pismo - what's that they say? "What happens in Pismo goes onthe internet!" ;)
