My engine builder has recommended that I use either Klotz r50 or Maxima super m. Anyone have any recommendations on where is a good place to get a good price on like 4 gallons?

What are the symptoms of worn stock reeds? My ski has some major hesitation that is very frequent but not consistent. It has a new professionally ported cylinder and the recommended carbs jets and settings. The inconsistency makes me think it may be the reeds, but I can't tune worth a crap...

It's an old single channel, dual post coil (4272). I kinda thought either both would crap out or it would work. Instead I have one terminal that won't spark and one that does.

Clymers says to never reuse the circle clips inside a piston. I happen to have one brand new one, but would need one more. When I compare the old ones with the new one, I can't tell a difference. I'm thinking reusing them would be fine.

Is there a difference? I plan on putting them on a Boyeson manifold on 62T cases. I thought a read somewhere that dual carbs need to be matched. True? I also heard that Wetjet 46's are the same but have a different bolt pattern. True?

I just got a used one in the mail and it looks like it is missing a magnet. It has two holes 180 degrees fom each other. One has a magnet in it and the other is empty.
