We use aluminum. I use angle on the inside, and flat stock on the top in the channel where the seal goes. Drill, and through bolt.

The Jet dynamics plate will NOT reduce nose pressure. I do not think you will be happy with this. Thew ski is really still very rideable with a worx plate. It will feel more like an older SJ or kawi 750SX. You can still carve, and even go WOT it just is not near as stable.

I always try to get the impeller back as possible, this increases efficiency, and reduces slip. A shorter pump cone will increase exit nozzle volume, reducing pump pressure, and increasing thrust. This may be good, or may be bad for you. Depends on your build, set up, impeller, etc. The Solas...

Today is 3 weeks since my total hip replacement surgery. I have been driving, and back in the shop in short bits for 1 week now. (Paper work, ordering needed parts, etc). I too thought after a few days I could ditch the walker, but then had more stiffness. after about 2 weeks I stopped using it...
