Yes it was still being driven by the bolt. I will make a block off plate to remove the cover. The oil pump still turns by my hand fairly easy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I later found my problem. I personally overlooked it but my friend came over. The flywheel bolt came loose. I'm guessing what happened is it came loose and spun out, extending and pushing on the oil pump. Creating a bind and eventually putting enough pressure on the cover, breaking a hole...

The rrp pole looks great on the ski. I was honestly a little worried I wouldn't like the looks, but it looks great. It's super easy to adjust which is making getting used to the ride much easier to slowly go shorter. I have to say I love my rrp pole, as much as I feel it's overpriced.
