What should it be, like a nice .030-.040 radius? Concering part is the aluminum being hurt behind the sleeve. Once i bore the sleeves out this should be able to be repaired hopefully?

Yet test it but gives you an idea. Seal fits nicely on the outer 'lip' I just added some sikaflex to be sure.

Issue sorted thanks to Jetmaniac, pump is assembled and aligned, midshaft in and have started to mock up everything else. Trim is one I made up years ago on the cheap. Works well enough I haven't bothered to change it!
