Make your pattern out of poster board first. Once you know it fits the ski, then cut the turf. You don't heat it to cut it. When you start shaping it around any angles, corners, footholds, etc, you will then heat enough to stretch it around the shapes. There are several good threads on...

Probably won't without serious modification. I used the XMetal bracket specifically for a sn conversion. Not sure what everyone else has done in your case. Try doing a search - I know there are some threads regarding the subject. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Are you talking about the latch or the hood hooks? The latch doesn't change. You need to move the hooks on the hood to line up with your bracket. Or at least that's what I had to do when I put an X Metal on my sn.

Back in the day Keefer had a built 550 that radared somewhere around 45 +/-. It was pretty even with his stock 701 sj. Guess that's why the sj didn't stay stock very long:lmao:
