You don't see any of the good surf rider's running lanyard's for a reason, You don't have time to fumble around with a one in the surf. Like already mentioned turn the idle down so it will die when you let go. Flatwater is a different story.

Not true that motor only turn's 8 grand max. Production PWC Engines like the yamaha and kawi motor's are old technology. There is not enough money in the sport to do high dollar R&D to build big ponies in the standup world. lamey and quite a few other aftermarket guy's are building big...

I called Pro-Tec and they faxed me the routing for electronic water injection and without they are awesome to deal with. I just dug through a whole bunch of paperwork in the shop and can't find it or I would scan it and post it for you.

You do not want more flotation in the front of an SXR...... Unless you are going to try and pretend it's a Superjet. Seriousley though Mario a SXR is made for one thing and they do it very well. Cut through the chop! If you try tubbies on it you are fooling yourself. Tanner rides a Superjet...
