    so the 96 i just bought has markings that say the bottom end is a 64u, j700j. The top end says its a 61x, ouch. Looking to make a solid build regardless of time. I was under the impression that a 96 b1 was supposed to have 62t top end. Any help is much appreciated.

    I now own a 94 B1 as well as a 96 B1, my plan is to use the 96 engine dual carbs and electronics in the cleaner 94 hull. End result will be a 94 blurple hull with the 96 62t engine and dual carbs as well as the 96 electronics, also adding a umi steering setup and seat cover. Will add Factory...

    New to the forum and to owning a waveblaster, I am experiencing some weak spark or another issue as soon as I get on plane. I have been through the carb and rebuilt to factory spec and eliminated that as a possibility. As soon as i go to get on plane it feels like i lose a cylinder and am barley...
