    TPE-964 Engine?

Nicasil is extremely durable. I have taken apart many dozens of Yamaha PV motors, some with 300-400 hours of time on them and the plating was still near perfect. It is not easy to hurt one. Replating is a process where the old nicasil coating is chemically stripped, any damage to the aluminum...

    Super Jet sleeves or porting?

The 760 sleeves are larger so your casting would need to be bored, and the exhaust porting is higher and not great for freeride. Port your current setup and you will be happier Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    The Best Donor SKI - 1997 GP760

What JM says is true. But, if you get a good deal on a 760, and swap your FW/stator to 61X equipment, you can run an Enhancer and be in business. All depends on what donor ski you can get a good deal on! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Install helicoils to bring the M10 bolts down to M8, or drill your manifold bigger. Swap your 62T head for a 61X head and you're good to go Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Other Triple trailer

Regular 3 seater skis are right at 48" normally, SJ is 26" I think. So you would be right at 100" with no gaps...pretty tight to 101.5" limit Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

OMG! Pushed the rear seal out on my Wave Venture 1100. Please help!

I would check compression before pulling motor. I prefer to use the ARS seals from WSM or the OEM. I would not reuse the old seal, it probably ripped off the retaining ridge...

how to identify brand of crankshaft

Hot Rods will have Hot Rods cast into the rods. OEM should have 6M6 cast into the rods. SBT will have SBT cast into the rods...can't recall WSM but they probably do the same...

Super Jet Looking for thin base gasket...

You need to make sure your squish is correct if you go thinner. I would pull your current base gasket and measure before getting too far into it...
