    I've got up to 90.5mm max bore on a stock nozzle. Im also considering trying to reinforce the nozzle with glass and carbon and then boring it bigger to see if a larger nozzle combo works better...ex 12/18 prop with 89mm nozzle vs 13/19 prop with 93mm nozzle. I'm curious if anybody has done any...

    Anybody have a theory for reduction nozzle bore for the 155 pumps? It seems most like their 144 pumps around the 85mm , so with the 155 pump being 10mm larger would that mean 95mm would be the sweet spot, or is I more of a percentage thing, in which case it would be 91.5mm

    Nice job improvising with the router, I use a similar set up for my adjustable foot holds, you can buy the alum pre anodized and with the slot in it already. Its called heavy duty T slot track and is used in wood working...i ordered mine from Peachtree wood working supply

    The core was worn away all around the 3 inserts. The bolts were still bolted to the inserts, but I could rotate the whole midshaft housing about 15 degrees. Im not really sure what caused the failure but my guess is the core crushed a little when I tightened the midshaft bolts and the vibration...

    Thanks! 20lb top and bottom decks is a good target weight and will be very strong, however i would advise against using the soric core material anywhere that will have bolt going through, I use the 4mm core on the stryker hulls. on my first hull i used it in my bulkhead and where the midshaft...
