Right it wrong this is how I do it with my Yamaha's........Take it all apart. Undo all the connections. Put everything in rice. Let sit a couple days. Clean all connections and grounds till shiny again. Reassemble with dielectric grease on all the connections. Sent from my SM-S767VL using Tapatalk

Usually that's a sign of low compression, but if it checks out good and it's not something simple like the heat sensor then its gonna be electrical related. You'll have to ohm the stator, then ohm the primary and secondary side of the ignition coil. If those two check out then I'd point fingers...
