the watcom hood seal for a octane is what I have been using. Cheap and works well.

This is after a flush on the hose. Then blowing out the engine as much as possible. I had an crank go recently and was told that water was getting in the engine. So i want to make sure I don't kill this one. Now to be honest i sank that ski about 10 times over 3 yrs. But always got it...

Even better. Get the circus freak that just came out. Lucas says it is just as stable as the full size version. I've ridden a bunch of the freaks and they all ride great! I by the way ride a plain old super jet with tubbies. But if I had the money a freak is the only one I would get.

So we had an amazing day of surf in Jax, Fl yesterday...lets me know i made the right choice in moving here! I'm so sore I can barely move today...love it! And the best part is I didn't sink my ski, yet two of my buddies did. Usually I'm the one getting towed in.

I took the bpipe off and noticed a little bit of fluid in the manifold. Is this normal? Or should it be completely dry? It was very dark so i am thinking fuel/oil/exhaust mixture. Have a new engine and want to keep it healthy.

Not having a fire ext. Because its sooo easy for us to take off our hood, that has brap straps, while in the surf to assist another boater. Water cop gave us an $80 dollar ticket for that crap. I told him a fountain would do a much better job than a fire ext. And if my boat was on fire I...

Good stuff! I actually grew up riding on the river for 8 yrs. Yacht wakes were fun. Ocean city was 3 hours away and it seemed to suck most of the time we went. But then I moved to FL and hurricane bill hit 2 weeks later. Now flat is boring...unless its riding with buddies that let me ride...

A buddy and I brought up the thought today. I'm guessing 80% flatwater and 20% surfriders. Go!
