So I'm still in the gathering parts phase, but after Daytona I'm super motivated to get to work on my new Phantom. Huge thanks to @sinisterjosh209 and @jo5hi3 for getting it here safe and sound! It showed up on time, as promised, and the quality is absolutely phenomenal! I can't wait to start...
Mine is for sale! I think it's a great starter ski for getting into freeride/freestyle!

Nps and npt are the same thread pitch for each nominal diameter. so re-tapping it npt is a piece of cake and seems like the easiest solution. Just run the tap in until theres 4-5 threads left showing on the tap. Do not tap it thru. Napa actually has decent taps if you're buying local.
I would be checking the threads in the pump to see if they're tapered rather than the fitting. A NPT to barb 90 fitting like that can be had at home depot or any decent hardware store.
Eeek!! 45 thousandths would be 0.045". I think you meant to tell them "4 and a half thousandths".
*no idea if that's the correct PTW clearance or not...*
I loved the flat orange. But Ashby's right...it got dirty soooo easily! Then again, he's always got grease on his hands!
I think I have the other set of those "special" numbers in my car if you want a fresh set!
