The Rok is a super fun freeride type hull that will shine chasing boats. I'd buy that in a heartbeat for boat chasing if the deal was right. Much better IMO over a SJ.

If you have a few spare garage tool or yard tool batteries, you could use that as a source of power with one of their inverters to plug your charger into. Not exactly a DC to DC solution, but I've been using the Ego version with great success for charge kids Stacyc bikes when out camping...

Don't get me started on trials!!! I think I may like trials riding even better than Enduro stuff. My trials is a Gas Gas (only cause it was a smoking deal at the time from a dude that wanted out of the sport).

@Kohldanielzimmer I'm going to second what @Mobile Chernobyl has been saying. Beta's bikes are great! Wife and I both ride them. I have found them both to be super simple (carbureted and easy to tune) bikes that perform exceptionally while being 100% reliable. Also, Beta has a new parts...

Welcome. I saw in another thread it was mentioned that you folks don't do work in California. If true, would meeting just over the state line be something that could be coordinated?
