So I'm having problems understanding the instructions for this flame ignition. There are 4 wires running from the pickup plate, white, brown and 2 blacks. Later on in the instructions it shows a pic of the pickup plate installed and it has 2 additional green wires. Where did these come from...

This question is for people who can flatwater flip. Any of you have a problem with keeping your head looking straight back? At about 3/4 of a flip I stop looking back and start tucking my right shoulder. I can not seem to stop doing this. Any tips or thngs I can do to not do this? It's a reflex...
