Here are the facts, IF you tell Art your COMPLETE setup and then buy carbs from him, you don't have to know how to tune them. Art sends them to you, you bolt them on, and you have perfection!!! Oh, and did I mention they are ALOT cheaper than Novi's and Full Spec's?
