As you know, my riding group abandoned skis in favor of side-by-sides so I just had to lay in wait. I have a friend locally that just picked up a 2015? Superjet and needs a riding partner so, yes, I am returning. I'm converting my 1100 back to 800 as my wife doesn't like the additional weight...
I've got both. I like the piped motor better. It feels a LOT lighter and more responsive. The power to weight is more comfortable imho.
Plus, the 1100 is kind of a money pit.
I've got straight inlet and outlet fuel nipples on my 46s which is annoying. I purchased 90* press-in fittings to replace them but I need to make sure nothing is super special about 46s that I can't or shouldn't replace them.
So . . . is there any compelling reason not to swap them out...
I just use the flat black rubber gasket on mine. Don't worry about the chain. I have it on mine and that heavy bastard likes to scratch my nose when I take the cap off so you end up having to be VERY careful with it.
