Step 2 (Sealing and foaming) Closed off every possible entrance for bugs, rodents, etc. Also put a sealer on all the wood inside to keep the water out.- SuperHumanJetski

Step 1 (demolition/cleaning) ripped out all the particle board that was waterlogged and moldy. P.S that is a stain on the bottom deck.- SuperHumanJetski

My dad had a beat up old trailer laying around with mold, mice, and everything nasty living in it. Dimensions are 5'6" wide and 10'6" long. Js/sj and me decided we would put together a nice set-up to use this summer.- SuperHumanJetski
