I put a spring on 2 x metal poles 1 with stock bracket 1 with rrp you have to heat the spring end and bend it up so it runs up 1 of the holes in the pole and let the other end lock in the stock location

If you can ride a stand up you should be able to ride any stand up I don't see why a fx1 is supposedly so hard to ride. It might be a different ride but by no means impossible. I think everyone should learn to ride on a 550 if you can ride that you can ride anything. Sorry old man rant over...
