Dudes , e-box took in some lake water , no spark.... I have replaced coil , new spark plugs , changed cdi unit with a used good one , & starter relay is fine. Still no spark. All that`s left in there is the rectifier/regulator. Going to change that too..! But i have never changed a stator...

Dudes , i need your advice. Thinking of buying a 2nd. hand 701 engine. How do i tell the difference between 94-95 SN engine with (61x cylinder-61x cases) , and the 96-2007 RN engine with (61x cylinder-62T cases). Are they marked , can you tell the year , if so where do i look..... Thanks.

Dudes , checking over my 93 650SN and i find i have a fair amount of play in the steering. I expected to find the problem at the steering or rear end. But it seems to be the cable itself. Dudes , where should the bilge pump be on a 93 sn superjet. I have found a ss bracket directly under the driveshaft , but no pump...??? Thanks.

The fx1 is nose light at the best of times , but with the trim engaged she will run around up on her hind legs like a puppy for as long as you can hold on , great fun for free-styling etc. I have not tried her out on the ocean yet so can`t comment on that...

There is a lot of play at the base of the handpole of my old 93 sj 650. Stripped it down and seems to be no wear at the base of the pole or at the aluminium mount. There are also 2 plastic spacers/washers , but they don`t look worn either . That looks like where the play is. Could they be the...

All I have is the two rubber pipes joined together by a short straight piece of metal pipe..! Why would anyone remove it..? Will the newer waterbox from a roundnose sj fit , or would i be better sticking to the original.. ??

Dudes , my "new" 1993 superjet upon inspection does not seem to have any waterbox installed....??? Should there be one in there tucked away in the nose of the beast , or are they only fitted to the younger models with bigger engines...?? Confused....:confused: Thanks.

Dudes , i checked out those wires/connectors and all is well. Still no spark , going to change the coil , does the Fx1 share the same coil as the superjet.? Also because i have beefed up my engine (ada head/b pipe etc) should i fit a stronger coil , would it last longer and where would i be...

Starter can be removed with engine in situ. Its hard to get at the bolts etc. , (right at the bottom of the engine) but with patience and determination you will get it out.... !

S/S is short for stop-start switch , and e-box for electrical box , right... ?? If they check out as ok where should i look next... Thanks..

Dudes , out on the lake today ripping around. Engine dies , thought lanyard came off , still on. Fitted a new pair of plugs , turning over as normal but no spark...... What needs replacing now.....!!! HELP..

Dudes , I plan on fitting a 701 engine with twin carbs from a 2003 superjet to my 1993 , 650 sj . Will i need to also fit the 701 exhaust , waterbox & cdi unit , impeller etc..? Any advice appreciated.... Thanks.

Dudes , apologies in advance for asking a silly question , but here goes... Willl a lanyard for an FX1 also work on Kawasaki standups of roughly the same vintage... ???
