Blown front piston, 125 psi rear. I was leaning towards cdi to but that was replaced not long ago. He should have bought a kawi!! lol

We did pour a little gas down the carb and cylinders, still nothing. If it was a fuel delivery problem shouldn't that have at least helped it choke sputter or something..

My buddy's blaster won't fire up! Just went riding surf ran fine, on the way back running wot it cut off, he instantly restarted no problem and did the same thing again when we got back to shore. Now it turns over but no start, checked easy stuff first. Lanyard, gas ON, battery connections...

I don't know what they charge for that crap wal mart oil where you are but in Florida it's more expensive for that stuff then actual "Kawasaki" oil from the dealer lol... wal mart is not the cheapest place to buy everything!!

Any sxr owners out there that got this done on a stock motor? Any noticeable gains? Is there any other mods needed to make this work or is it just bolt on and go?

It happens to everybody! I've had the "lanyard" problem in the past! Forgetting to close drain plug... You get it, have fun!!

Two quarts should do it if you do 2-3 coats per piece with a little left over.
