he said he has it and it's just sitting there, and it just needs to be shipped... sounded like he's willing to help you get it shipped but originaly was going to bring it across the border for you. i'd contact him again and see what it's going to take to ship it. $100-150 ususaly covers it.

Ski van hauler build out build thread...

It’s pretty close to complete. I need to carpet the top rails, find a place to put the cart leg and strap it, and find some rubber Matt for the front to set everything on. Took me 6 minutes to unload a ski onto the cart and put it back strapped down and cart put away. Extremely simple. I...

Ski van hauler build out build thread...

Well not a lot of progress today. I’m more just staring at it and taking measurements trying to guess what I need to do. I’ve ordered a factory zero cart that should be here Monday so I can figure out where it will go. I did install 2 e-track behind driver seat to hold gas cans and maybe...

They are “roll n go” stands. Where I cut them down I had extra wheels left over.

Ski van hauler build out build thread...

When I pull a ski out I tilt it to a 45* on the cart and blow the water out anyway. Should t be much of an issue. I’m actually going to try ans take care of my new skis lol btw. Here’s today’s progress. Cleaned up wheels and got the grit out that was keeping them from rolling. Added 4...

Ski van hauler build out build thread...

Problem is the van tilts forward a bit. So it will run forward. So I’d be committed to find a way for it to run forward and out. I plan to just throw a few towels under the skis to soak up and dry. Plus skid will be pretty drained before I put them up just by tilting on cart.

That’s my next install. For the cargo area in front of the skis. The back under the skis I’ll leave painted so I can just throw a towel under the skis to catch any water. I’m also installing a partition to divide front from back to give me another “wall” to mount or strap stuff to.
