I've seen Matt do this procedure. I've also seen many skis sunk and flooded. This method is the fastest I have ever seem a ski running after sinking. It was running in under 10 minutes.

The engine sound in the video of the surf ride could be heard over the surf and wind noise. Not many skis do that. Everyone was driving Miss Daisy in that foamy mess.

Mark's blog is a great thing. Well written AND organized. It covers a lot of events. It's in one place instead of scattered across FB book and forums. It's a great way of recording the history of the sport so someday people can look back. I applaud his dedication to maintaining it.
