how hard is it to install a girdle head without removing exhaust to access the bottom cylinder bolts. should i wait to install my pipe after i get my head or can i go ahead with the pipe install and just install head when it comes in. thanks

there is a grease fitting on the rear of my intake manifold. i am assuming it is for the housing bearing. how often do you guys lube it and where does the excess grease go when it is pushed out? oh yeah....its a superjet. thanks
