Lots more work the bottom is ready for primer. I did not like the transom so I cut/ground it all out and started fresh laid down 5 rounds of misc weaves. tomorrow ill sand and fill the lows..

More sanding and another round of filler. Two more layers to the transom. Hope to be ready for primer next week.

Printable PDF. You want to measure in the same spot ie: 1" up from the trailing edge. The number does not matter much as long as you increase or decrease for your needs. Make you bend gradual. A 24" adjustable wrench does the job or grind a slit into and old driveshaft.

Bottom is complete with glass lots of sanding in the coming weeks. Its now @ my house so work can continue during the week after work.. Let the games begin.

20 yards of chopped matt and the bottom is almost done. Ran out of matt and epoxy.

Finely some progress as the weather today was nice enough to roll it outside for some grinding/sanding.

Not much progress to report I worked saturday and the weather is not helping next step is to roll it outside for 4-5 hours of sanding/grinding for the next round of glass. We did flip it today (As one unit) to check the bond line from the inside.
