is the spacer plate reqired to use this head or is that for a stroker application?

i wanted to make sure it was a twist head because i want to sell it. The top of the domes also have twists in them. What is this head worth? The guy i bought it from said it made 195psi. There are numbers on the domes does anybody know how to decode them? Y832 does that mean 32cc domes?

I bought this head about a year ago and never used it. Can anybody tell me what head it is and who made it? It has removable domes in it, but they are no where close to the same size or shape and an ada head. so i know the domes from an ada head will not work in it.
