Holds Ordered! Most expensive part of my build but im sure worth every penny. Laid 3 layers of 17oz biax on the inside of the gunwells. hoping to have the tray done by the time my holds show.

I took 5" out of the standing area, shortening the legnth of the tray. From front to back, not the height like i think your thinking...? and 5.5"-6" out of the lower deck.

Just searched your build. Pretty sweet. Did you or are you laying alot of glass over the upper parts to strengthen it? I was planning on uing the 1/2" dow foam on the sides and glassing over that to give it the structure it needs.

Did you refoam? I think im going to foam the gunwells and leave the rest open.

Cut out the rest of the tray last night, and epoxied the rear of the gunwells to the lower deck. Awaiting payment info from Thrust so i can order a set of their new RRP footholds. Going with the ninjas. Look like an awesome hold and theyre selling them at a killer price.

A few progress pics. Bought some Dow foam to lay out the tray with today. Anyone have any suggestions on something to put in the gunwells to keep it from collapsing with the adjustable holds bolted through?

I decided that im ditching the wammer holds tonight so its either adjustable or one off fitted to ME holds. Which adjustables do you have?

Im planning on cutting up the holds too. Probably open up the back and lengthen the toe because they dont accept my size 12 kicks

I just cut mine to -8, +xmetal -3.5 plate, straight bars, lowered pole bracket.... I havnt rode it yet but its extremely short
