I'm trying to buy my friends old super jet, but it will not run right. it'll start up and run but whenever you go full throttle it bogs and pops. We checked the carburetor, spark, and compression. Even check the fuel filter, we are running out of things to go through. Please help.

Buying an old 91, superjet 650. Will not run right. No high end. When it starts it will Rev but just pop. Doesn't Rev all the way out. Checked carb, compression, spark. Don't know why it's acting up. Possibly carb adjustments? Maybe running to lean? Please help

I have a 1987 kawasaki js550. It has about everything after market you can think. I had problems with the carb. It just won't run straight. Considering parting it out. Should I just replace the carb? Try to do a dual carb system? It just bogs to much. Won't even get on plane. Aftermarket parts...

Bought an old 87 js550. I can't get any power out of it. Runs great. Starts right up. But won't even get out of the water. I'm running a sbn44 carb. And the stock pump. What else can I do to get more torque?
