More Progress..... Filled the bond line with 404 and foam filled the bracket area. All ready for reinforcing. Man that sucks getting up in there:banghead:

Can this be done without reinforcing the bond line from the inside? I dont want to weaken that area of the hull.

I picked up a few stock ride plates to try some different things with.

Caker and i were taling about doing this to my 08. I may have to try it now.

Got a few more things done. Drilled pump for second cooling line, also removed siphen tube and spout and pluged them. Installed x metal stainless pickup and fitted the hood.

graphics are going but stock paint for now, just gonna match the hood. And no Pete your not spraying it.....

Not sure on the final engine price just yet i'm also getting a few other things done. My engine only had a few hours on it so i'm sure it will need less than a older one. Give Radney a call he will be able give you pricing for your setup. Joe
