Just installed the SB H2O pump on an 971 EVO about a month ago, It was replacing a Skat SB, the quality and hook up was without a doubt a notch or two above the Skat and its setup was spot on thanks to @Proformance1 and @Moto360. This pump is serious bang for the buck IMO

you want the lower sides reinforced, do a search here for more info. That is where they crack

for the most part you do.. you could always fit it together at home.. assemble and glue at the beach then cut it in 1/2 to bring it back home and re glue it with a coupler.. or use no glue and drill holes and nut and bolt it
